Nordic Skiing - private lessons

Nordic skiing allows you to gently exercise all of your muscles. The ESF Peisey-Vallandry instructors offer you the two techniques that exist in cross-country skiing:

• Skating: technique similar to rollerblading or ice skating on the smooth surface of the piste.
• Classic cross-country skiing: skiing with the front of your foot clipped in, in the parallel tracks of the piste.

Located in the stunning Peisey-Nancroix ski area, come and visit the nationally renowned Nordic Centre. Our expert instructors will advise and teach you the basics or fine tune your expertise.
